This 145 cow Dairy facility can easily be expanded to 250 cows. The freestall barn has 100 freestalls, while the 100' x 200' loose housing area (build in 2001) can easily be expanded to a 140 cow 6 row freestall barn with a center drive thru feed alley.
The milkhouse has a 2,000 US gallon tank, plate cooler and all supporting dairy equipment. It is connected to a storage room and the 100 cow 44' x 300' freestall barn (previously an older tiestall barn). This barn has two feed alleys, two rows of freestalls and a 11' manure alley. This barn is connected to the calf barn and a walkway to the milking centre. The milking / holding area was build in 2006. It has a double 12 parabone rapid exit Westfalia milking parlour and a holding area with a heavy duty crowd gate.
